About the Work
This is a mobile veterinary role focused on hospice and euthanasia care. You'll visit families in their homes in San Francisco, CA.
The schedule is built for balance. You'd work 2 to 5 days a week, with an average of just 3 or 4 appointments each day. That means your visits aren't rushed. It also means you're not buried in paperwork after hours.
You're practicing independently, but you're never alone. There's a whole community behind you.

Our support center is available 24/7/365 if you need anything while you're out. A dedicated practice manager handles the logistics so you can focus on medicine.
What You Need to Bring
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM, VMD, or BVMS).
- A valid U.S. driver's license; you'll be driving to appointments.
- The ability to work some weekends; schedules are flexible but include weekend days.
- You must be able to lift 50 lbs by yourself and up to 100 lbs with help.
Candidates will be subject to background and motor vehicle record checks after an offer is made and before their start date.
The Numbers
The veterinarian salary range starts at $45,000.
