What You'd Be Doing

Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning is the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. We've got more than 7,000 professionals and over 45 years in the game. Right now we're looking for part time Retail Sales Associates to work inside major home improvement retail stores in San Francisco, CA.

Your main job is simple: start conversations with shoppers about their home comfort. You're not pushing anything heavy ; you're just introducing people to our services for heating, cooling, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.

• Walk up to shoppers and talk naturally about keeping their homes comfortable
• Explain how ARS helps with heating, cooling, and home comfort upgrades
• Offer folks a chance to schedule a free in home consultation
• Enter customer info into the system and book appointments for our specialists
• Show up with a positive, professional attitude inside the store every shift
• Work with store management and ARS teammates to support any in store promotions

Schedule & Pay

The hourly rate lands between $20 and $22 per hour plus commission. Typical earnings work out to $20 – $30 per hour when you factor in incentives. Schedule is part time ; hours vary but usually fall between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. Weekend retail hours are expected along with some holidays.

What We're Looking For In You

Honestly? You don't need experience in HVAC or sales. We'll train you on everything.

• A personality that makes it easy to chat up strangers in a store aisle
• Retail experience? Nice but not necessary ; same goes for sales or kiosk work
• A naturally positive and energetic vibe around people
• Able to stand or walk for decent stretches during your shift (it's retail)
• Reliable car or ride to get yourself to the assigned location in San Francisco, CA
• A clean professional look that fits a retail environment
• Willingness to attend weekly team meetings (they don't take all day)
