Intero Real Estate Services is hiring a Real Estate Agent in San Francisco, CA. If you're brand new to the industry, don't worry ; no prior experience is needed. We'll train you from the ground up.

You'll work alongside experienced agents who actually want you to succeed. You'll learn how the market works, how to negotiate, and how to build a real career over time. Whether you're showing homes, talking with clients, or closing deals, you won't be thrown in alone.

What you'll actually do day to day

• Guide buyers and sellers through the whole process with personal service that fits each client's situation.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to get terms that work for everyone involved.
• Build and maintain a network of clients and other industry contacts over time.
• Follow up with clients regularly so they know you're there for them long after the deal closes.
• Use real estate software and CRM tools to keep track of leads and manage your transactions.
• Research local market trends so you can help clients price their homes competitively.
