What the Job Is

You'll be the person behind the wheel, taking residents to their appointments and on outings. The fleet includes a bus, van, limousine, sedan, and trams. Your main focus is making sure everyone gets where they need to go safely and with the right help.

It’s an operational role centered on driving.

What You'll Need to Have

• A minimum of six months experience driving a bus or van.
• A valid, current driver's license for the class of vehicle you'll be driving when you start.
• You need to be willing to get a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required; if you don't have them, you must be willing to get certified.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• A clean DMV driving record that you'll maintain.
• Knowing your way around the San Francisco, CA area is important.

You need solid communication skills and a calm demeanor that can handle stressful moments gracefully. Problem solving should always come from a place of client and customer focus. A genuine sensitivity to the needs of seniors is what makes someone successful here.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range is $25.10 to $30.74 per hour.
