We're Embarcadero Dentistry, a multi specialty dental office in San Francisco, CA. We offer periodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and general dentistry all under one roof. Our patients get advanced tech and a warm environment. You'd be the RDA who helps our periodontist, orthodontist, oral surgeon and general dentists keep everything running smoothly. It's a full time role.

What You'll Actually Do

• Chairside assisting for periodontal surgeries, scaling procedures, implant placements, orthodontic adjustments, oral surgery setup and procedures, plus general dentistry treatments.
• You'll prep, sterilize, and maintain instruments and operatories.
• Taking high quality digital X rays, impressions, photos, and intraoral scans.
• Assisting with charting, treatment notes, and keeping patient records accurate.
• Giving pre- and post operative instructions to patients.
• Keeping patient flow smooth and supporting the clinical team as needed.
• Staying compliant with OSHA and infection control protocols.

What You Bring

• An active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California.
• A current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in periodontics, orthodontics, or oral surgery is preferred, but not required.
• You communicate well, work well with a team, and can juggle multiple things at once.
• You have a positive attitude, act professional, and actually want to learn.
