The essentials we need

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification is required.
- You need at least 7 years of experience in project management. A background in commercial real estate is a strong preference.
- A proven history of managing complex projects from inception all the way through to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial because you'll be working with cross functional teams constantly.
- The organizational skills to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once.
- Good problem solving instincts and the ability to make sound decisions when things move quickly.
