What You'll Do
- Build genuine relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
- Handle meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
- Provide personal care services ; grooming, bathing, restroom use, managing incontinence
- Use the mobile app to stay updated on client needs and manage your schedule
Pay & Benefits
- $20.75 to $22.00 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit
- A $700 caregiver referral program if you bring in someone good

Requirements That Matter to Us
- A consistent schedule: Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same clients so they get reliable care and you build strong relationships out of it.
- Basic English ability:Able to speak, read, and write enough to communicate well on the job (and bilingual or multilingual applicants are encouraged ; seriously).
