The Role
Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate needs a Director of Nursing for their Assisted Living and Memory Care community in San Diego, CA. You'll lead the Nursing and Care teams, handle clinical assessments, oversee the medication administration program, and keep everything compliant with regulations. You're the liaison for residents, families, and staff, tailoring service plans to individual needs. The Regional and Corporate teams back you up, helping build a culture where collaboration and excellence in care and hospitality thrive. What You'll Actually Do
- Own the clinical services and programs entirely, including making sure medication administration is accurate
- Work closely with physician offices, ancillary services, responsible parties, and internal care teams to keep communication flowing and resident care top notch
- Complete resident assessments on time and develop care and service plans that actually work
- Jump into day to day care and clinical needs when the team needs a hand
- Handle interviewing and hiring, evaluate employee performance, coach and train your staff, and delegate assignments for everyone who reports to you
What You Need
- An active RN license ; that's non negotiable
- At least two years of nursing managerial experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or a Senior Living community
- Seriously strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work varied schedules in a 24 hour operation, including weekends when needed
- Consistent and reliable attendance ; it's essential for the community to run smoothly

Salary Range
$120,000 - $140,000
