They're hiring across the country for all kinds of roles ; technicians, sales reps, enterprise account execs, fiber splicers, construction crews, and corporate marketing. But right now, we're focused on the retail side of things.

What You Will Do

• Sell Astound's internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV services to customers walking into a retail location.
• Walk customers through product options and explain what each service actually does for them.
• Handle transactions and set up new accounts.
• Keep the sales floor organized and presentable.
• Hit individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Answer customer questions about billing, service changes, and equipment.
• Learn new product details as the company rolls out updated offerings.

What You Need

• Some previous retail or sales experience ; doesn't have to be telecom specifically, but you should be comfortable talking to people.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail when entering orders or handling payments.
• A willingness to work weekends and some evenings depending on store hours.
• You're not afraid of quotas. Sales goals are part of the job, and you'll own them.
