What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit
• Monitor critically ill children and respond to changes in their condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care team members
• Educate families on their child's condition and care plan
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately

What you need

• An RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
• An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
• Experience in a Pediatric ICU setting

Pay range

Salary falls between $60,150 and $100,000 per year, depending on experience, shift, and the specific hospital you choose.
