• Your ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification is mandatory.

• BLS certification from the American Red Cross is also required.

An Associate's degree or higher in Science is a nice bonus, but it isn't a dealbreaker if you don't have it. Same goes for having an ARRT (MR) specifically; it's preferred but not mandatory for applying.
