Touchstone Communities is looking for a Certified Medication Aide to join us at The Enclave in San Antonio, TX. The shift available is 7a to 7p on double weekends. If you're someone with a CNA certification and a Medication Aide certificate, and you genuinely care about the people you serve, this could be a good fit.

What You'll Do

This isn't just a job where you check boxes. You'll be helping residents with their medications, making sure they get the right doses at the right times. You'll also keep an eye on how they're doing and report any changes. And you'll do all of it with dignity, respect, and a personal touch ; because every person here deserves that.

What You Need to Bring

• A valid Texas CNA certification
• A valid Certified Medication Aide certificate
• A genuine passion for caring for others and being a bright spot in someone's day
