The Job

Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical needs an experienced Residential HVAC Installer in San Antonio, TX. This is full time, year round work. You'll be part of a company that's been at this for over 45 years with more than 7,000 team members nationwide.

What You'll Actually Do

• Remove and dispose of old residential HVAC systems
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new equipment
• Lead installations with a helper assigned to you
• Make sure everything meets local inspection codes and company standards
• Talk clearly with homeowners and give them a professional experience
• Work efficiently without cutting corners on safety or quality

What You Need to Bring

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience ; no shortcuts here
• A history of leading installs with a helper on your crew
• Working knowledge of what passes local HVAC inspection codes
• EPA Certification, or you're willing to get it soon after starting
• The physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces without complaint
• A valid driver's license with a clean record ; you'll be driving our trucks home each day if you want one too.
• A passing background check and drug screening is required before we can bring you onboard.
