The Role
This is a Guest Services Agent position with Pilot Flying J in San Antonio, TX. You won't just be ringing people up ; you'll be supervising the crew and keeping the whole store running while you're on shift. The Schedule & Location Details
The store is located in San Antonio, TX ; that's your base. The schedule? It's flexible. You'll work nights, days, weekends, and holidays depending on what comes up. This isn't a set it and forget it kind of schedule; it changes with business needs.
What We Need From You
- A background check is required for this role
- Previous experience working in retail operations ; even basic knowledge counts
- Strong customer service skills that go beyond just being polite; you can hold a customer focused culture together when things get busy
- Comfort using calculators, computers, and general equipment around the store
- The ability to work as part of a larger team across different levels ; hourly staff, customers, vendors, corporate representatives ; they're all part of your day to day interactions here.
- A flexible attitude about scheduling: nights happen. Weekends happen. Holidays happen. That's just how it works.
The Pay & Benefits Package
The starting pay range lands between $15.70 an hour on one end and $23.33 an hour on the other ; where you land depends on experience and fit.
