About This Role
Alright, let's get straight to it. We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan in San Antonio, TX. This isn't your typical unit based position; you'll be the go to resource across different departments, bringing stability and high quality care wherever you're needed.
What You'll Be Doing
You're the advocate for your patients and their families. Your day is built on applying the nursing process, using critical thinking and technical skills to deliver safe care independently. You'll collaborate with the patient care team to make sure we're hitting our quality and safety goals.

- You're accountable for the quality of nursing care delivered by you or anyone under your direction, following all state and hospital regulations.
The Specifics We Need From You
We need someone who's ready to step in and contribute from day one. Here are the non negotiables.
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Texas, or the ability to get one.
- A Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program is required.
- You must have at least one year of recent hospital RN experience.
- A current American Heart Association BLS Certification is mandatory.
