What you'll be doing

• Helping with staff scheduling and managing labor to meet patient needs while staying within productivity guidelines.
• Keeping an eye on supplies and equipment, supporting good inventory control.

The qualifications you need

The certs are non negotiable here; it's a specialized area. You need to be a licensed RN first. Here’s what else you have to get certified in, along with their deadlines from your start date.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS): Required within your first 30 days.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): Required within 90 days.
