What you'd be doing

• You’re applying the nursing process and your own critical thinking every day to deliver safe care independently.
• Collaboration with the patient care team is how you operate, because that’s how you get to quality outcomes.
• We need someone who engages; your communication, confidence, and professionalism show up in unit activities.
• Being adaptable and a resource for your team matters here.
• At the end of the day, you’re accountable for the quality of your nursing care and for being a positive face for the profession.

The specifics we need from you

• A graduate from an accredited RN program (diploma, associate’s, or bachelor’s).
• You must have at least six months of clinical experience as a licensed RN.
• Cath Lab experience is required for this role.
• A current Texas RN license or a Multi State Compact License. If you come with a compact license, you’ll need to get your Texas one within 60 days of starting.
• You’ll need to get your Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within your first 30 days if you don’t already have it.

The schedule & support

This is a full time position on the day shift. You must be able to take call. They back their nurses up with a comprehensive orientation, specialty specific educators for mentorship, leadership development programs, and units equipped with the latest tech in patient care.
