What You'll Be Doing

You're the hub of the wheel for your patients. You'll supervise their care and treatments, lead assessments, and build out those personalized care plans. A big part of it is listening; really hearing patient concerns and figuring out how to address them so they feel supported.

• Working with therapy teams, doctors, and other departments to make sure everyone's on the same page for each patient.
• Jumping in to provide hands on care whenever it's needed.
• Being the go to person for other staff when they have questions or are dealing with a complex situation.

What You Need to Bring

They need someone who gets inpatient rehab. It's a specific pace and requires a specific mindset.

• A valid RN license for our state is mandatory.
• You gotta have current CPR certification. If you've got ACLS too, that's a definite plus.
• Any experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred; they like to see at least a year.
• If you're a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) or interested in becoming one, that's fantastic.
