What You'll Actually Do

• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical equipment issues at customer sites
• Assemble and configure machinery ; wiring, panel setup, and pneumatic systems included
• Work with automation and vision programming teams to solve system level or software problems
• Run machine testing, alignment, and data collection to verify performance meets customer acceptance criteria
• Manage customer support issues from start to finish, escalating when necessary, and provide training and clear project updates

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Industrial Technology
• At least 2 years of experience in the automation field ; you can work independently without hand holding
• Solid technical skills with machine mechanical and electrical systems, plus working knowledge of machine assembly processes
• Can read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Willing to travel to customer sites across the US for equipment commissioning
• Willing to travel to the company's headquarters outside the US for training on new equipment and integration methods
