Event Coordinator

Job Overview

This Event Coordinator position is about turning plans into experiences. You'll manage logistics for a variety of events, from initial concept to the final breakdown. It's a hands on role based in Salt Lake City, UT where no two days look exactly the same.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicating with venues, vendors, and clients to lock down details and timelines.

• Developing run of show documents and briefing staff or volunteers on site.
• Troubleshooting issues in real time during events to keep things running smoothly.
• Conducting post event evaluations and reconciling final invoices.

Requirements

• A knack for organization; you can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball.
• Solid experience with spreadsheets for budgeting and basic design tools for simple layouts.
• At least two years coordinating events, whether corporate, social, or non profit.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation within Salt Lake City, UT are necessary for site visits.
• The role involves being on your feet for long periods during events and occasionally lifting boxes up to 25 pounds.
