How compensation works here

Real Estate Agents at Windermere earn full commission. Realistically, that means $50,000 to $100,000 per year once things get moving ; sometimes more if you've put in disciplined work for a few years. The structure is simple: each transaction pays you directly. The more client relationships you build and deals you close, the more income comes in. It's not a salary; it's earnings based on your effort.
