This role is fully remote, based in Sacramento, CA. But you're not off on your own. You'll lead a team, set the standard, and make calls that matter.

What you'll do

• Drive adjuster hiring and training to build a culture of performance and continuous improvement
• Set branch goals and push your team to perform at the highest level
• Use Gallagher's technology to make the team more efficient and improve quality
• Build real relationships with clients, carriers, and brokers ; professionally, proactively, and with intention
• Manage multiple competing priorities without dropping the ball
• Spot coaching opportunities and help your team members grow
• Keep service quality high and efficient, every step of the way

What you need

• A background as an adjuster handling a California WC indemnity caseload. That's non negotiable.
• Prior management or supervisory experience
• An active California Workers' Compensation Adjuster license. CA designation is required. SIP is optional.
• At least 15 years of related claims experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Licensing and certification in all states where claims are handled
• Solid knowledge of all team member related functions
• A high school diploma
• A bachelor's degree is desired but not required

Compensation and benefits

Pay is based on a wide range of factors ; experience, education, market, complexity of the role, specialized skills, and more. The base salary range for this position considers the low end and high end of what's typical for the role.
