Job Overview

This Sales Manager position is about building and leading a team that drives real revenue.   • You know how to use a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot not just for logging data, but for driving forecasting discipline.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is often expected, but significant relevant experience can stand in its place.
  • The mental focus to juggle coaching sessions, client calls, and strategic planning; often all in the same afternoon.
