This is a full time Warehouse Order Selector role with Premium Distributors of Virginia, based out of Richmond, VA. You'll work Sunday through Thursday, starting at 1:00 PM.

What You'll Actually Do

Safely pick customer orders using assigned load tickets ; accuracy matters here
Shrink wrap and label each order, then move completed pallets to the loading dock area
Receive inbound products and help replenish or manage inventory as needed
Do pre shift equipment checks and operate powered industrial equipment throughout your shift
Keep the warehouse clean and safe (clearing aisles of debris, stacking empty pallets ; basic sanitation duties)
Tackle other tasks as they come up; it's a warehouse, so flexibility helps

What You Need to Bring

No prior warehouse experience required but you do need some general work history under your belt (0 to 1+ years). You also have to be at least 18 years old.

The physical side is real. You'll regularly lift products weighing 25 to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds. That's not negotiable.

What Helps (But Isn't Mandatory)

A high school diploma or GED would be nice to have, but it's not a dealbreaker if you don't have one

The Pay & Schedule Details

Starting pay is $20 per hour. You can earn up to $25 per hour once you're up to speed. Overtime is eligible too. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday with that 1:00 PM start time.
