What you'd be doing

It's a collaborative setup. You'll join morning huddles to plan the day, recognize your team's efforts, and highlight great patient care examples. Part of the role involves participating in community activities to help promote positive dental health locally.
The tools and setup
- The practice uses DentaPro software.
- You've got digital x ray and Panorex units at your disposal.
- All handpieces are fiber optic.
- The company provides yearly training for OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management protocols.
- Your direct support team typically includes one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants.
- The payor mix is a combination of state insurance plans, PPO, and out of network patients.
What we need from you
- A DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program.
- A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state where you'll be providing care, or eligibility to obtain it.
- Required certifications like CPR and DEA.
- If you're practicing in Louisiana, Mississippi, DC, Texas, or Massachusetts, a Nitrous Oxide certification is needed.

- The guaranteed daily base pay is $900 per day with uncapped earning potential on top of that.
