Sales Representative

The Role

This is a field based relief sales position, supporting accounts throughout the Richmond, CA area. You'll fill in for the sales team based on open route needs. That means you're covering when someone's out ; so every day can be a little different, and you need to be adaptable.

It's a full time role with an early start. You're expected in the field starting between 5:00am and 6:00am, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Actually Do

• Conduct relief sales for the sales department based on what routes are open that day
• Take inventory and input customer orders accurately and on time using company issued technology and systems
• Keep proper inventories and product freshness across all assigned accounts
• Support merchandising by stocking product and making sure rotation is correct ; you don't want expired or stale product sitting on shelves
• Tackle other projects or duties as they come up

The Pay & Benefits

You'll earn $26.00 per hour plus overtime. There's also a monthly car and mileage reimbursement to cover your vehicle costs while working in the field.

What You Need to Bring

• A High School Diploma or GED is required
• 0 to 1 plus years of related experience ; OR 1 to 2 plus years of general work experience ; either qualifies you here
• A reliable automobile; maintaining an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license; maintaining auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the company and state law
• You must be at least 21 years old (or meet your state's minimum legal age requirements)

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
