
About This Role
The Role
This is a full time position where you'd be the on site leader for a range of specialty pest services in Raleigh, NC. You'll coordinate daily field operations, make sure work gets done safely and up to standard, and keep things running smoothly for the General Manager. It's a hands on leadership role where you'll supervise technicians, handle quality control, train people up, and talk to customers when problems come up.
What You'll Actually Do
- Supervise technicians on specialty jobs and make sure the work is professional, safe, and high quality.
- Have regular one on one development conversations with team members through daily check ins and periodic reviews throughout the year.
- Work with the General Manager to coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and job readiness.
- Provide on site guidance and make sure service protocols are followed correctly.
- Conduct pre job and post job inspections to verify compliance with company standards.
- Help the GM with paperwork, quality control checks, and operational metrics that keep the location profitable.
- Do rodent exclusion work ; sealing entry points, installing exclusion materials, and checking structural vulnerabilities.
- Lead rodent trapping programs ; trap placement, monitoring, and removal.
- Oversee and help with attic insulation removal, installation, sanitation, and applying pest grade insulation.
- Perform termite control services like liquid treatments, trenching, rodding, drilling, and Sentricon bait station installation and monitoring.
- Support or lead specialty jobs including wildlife services, bed bug treatments, German cockroach programs, flea treatments, and other pest or remediation services.
- Make sure PPE, tools, equipment, and chemical products are used properly.

What You Need to Know or Have
- You're tech literate ; comfortable with word processing and spreadsheets, and you can pick up new software quickly. Google Workspace experience is a plus.
- You're a problem solver who focuses on understanding the real issue before chasing solutions.
- You've got a good sense for what's not working and how to improve it.
- You understand operational processes and how to optimize workflows for productivity.
- You're organized and good at prioritizing tasks across multiple workflows to hit deadlines.
Experience and Requirements
- Must pass required background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check.
- Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license.
- Must have Field Representative Branch Two and Field Representative Branch Three licenses.
- Certifications or experience with Sentricon, termite liquid applications, wildlife trapping, or structural exclusion.
- Prior crew lead or supervisory experience.
- Experience with attic remediation, insulation, or moisture control services.
- Comfortable working in the presence of all pests.
- Physical labor experience ; you've worked in outside conditions before.
- Able to bend, lift, sit, stretch, reach, crouch, and lift at least 50 pounds.
