Orangetheory Fitness in Raleigh, NC needs a Coach who gets people fired up. This isn't a babysitting job. You'll lead heart rate based, technology tracked workouts that are backed by actual science. Members walk out feeling wrecked in the best way, and you're the one who gets them there. You'll guide them through pre designed full body workouts, help them set real goals, and then help them crush those goals. You'll correct form when something looks off, keep everyone safe, and share what you know about heart rate training. You'll also need to stay current on what's happening in the industry. And yeah, you'll use and demonstrate every piece of equipment in the studio with confidence.

What You Need

• A current AED/CPR certification. That's non negotiable.
• A fitness certification from one of these approved groups: ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ISSA CPT (with an NCCPT exam), NCSF, or AFAA (exam must have been completed before October 23, 2023; recertification after that is fine). If you're in the process of getting that certification, that works too.
• 1 to 2 years of group fitness or personal training experience is preferred, but we'll look at strong candidates without it.
