The Job

You'll be selling bathroom remodels. That's the whole pitch. We're Leaf Home Bath, and we handle everything except the final handshake.

Your day is built around appointments we've already set for you. You go to a customer's house in Raleigh, NC, talk about what they want, show them samples, and design a solution. Your only job is to close the deal. There's no cold calling, no prospecting. We book it; you sell it.

What You'd Actually Do

• Meet with customers in their homes for a sales consultation that educates and informs them about our One Day Bath solution.
• The goal is a one visit close. You build rapport and guide the conversation to get there.
• Use our product samples and sales support tools to help seal the deal.
• Own the customer experience from start to finish, making sure it's outstanding.

Who We're Looking For

Honestly? We're open to all levels of experience here. Some of our best people started with very little.

• A strong desire to learn how this game works is way more important than a long resume.
• You need to be good at talking with people; energetic and engaging.
• Getting organized isn't a problem for you.
• When someone throws an objection your way, you know how to work through it.

A bit of general sales experience might help, but it isn't required. We'll teach you our process from A to Z in an award winning training program.

The Practical Stuff & What You Get

• The Leads: They're prequalified, scheduled, and confirmed. We provide them all.
• The Schedule: You'll travel within your assigned territory around Raleigh, NC. Appointments average about an hour from hello to signed paperwork.
• The Pay: It's uncapped commission with weekly paychecks. First year earnings typically land between $75,000 and $150,000.
• The Path Forward: 95% of our Sales Operations Managers started right where you would be now as a Sales Rep.
