ARS Rescue Rooter is hiring an HVAC Technician (Residential) in Raleigh, NC. This isn't a typical wrench turning role ; it's more of a consultative sales position. You'll meet with homeowners who've already requested help, figure out what their home needs for comfort, and then present them with tailored HVAC solutions. The leads are warm and pre set; you won't be cold calling or canvassing. Our install team backs you up fast, and the warranties we offer are industry leading.
The pay range here is $100k to $200k+ annually based on performance (that's the average compensation range of our top performers). It's full time, year round work.
What You'll Do
- Meet with residential homeowners in Raleigh, NC to assess their home comfort needs.
- Present tailored HVAC system solutions ; this is a consultative sales approach, not hard selling.
- Work with strong install support and fast turnaround times on every job.
- All your leads come from the company; they're pre set appointments.
What We're Looking For
- Prior residential in home sales experience is required.
- One call close experience is strongly preferred ; if you're used to closing deals in one visit, that's a big plus.
- HVAC knowledge is preferred (but required in some locations).
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- You must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Able to enter attics and crawlspaces as needed.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when the schedule calls for it.
- Good communication skills matter here ; you're talking directly to homeowners every day.
