Constellation needs a cook to work with the kitchen crew at Bandwidth in Raleigh, NC. It's a full time gig, and you'd be cooking fresh food in a spot that moves fast but doesn't sacrifice quality. What You'll Actually Do

• Control portion sizes and keep quality consistent across every plate.
• Prep ingredients and cook meals from scratch.
• Plate food in a way that looks good and tastes better.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smooth.
• Store food properly so nothing goes to waste or spoils.
• Follow safe food handling rules, recipes, and procedures every day.

What You Need

Must haves:

• At least one year of prior culinary experience in a quality, high volume place where scratch cooking was the norm.
• A working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• The ability to pay close attention to details and juggle multiple tasks in a busy kitchen.
• Comfort using kitchen equipment and tools, plus the ability to tell different food items apart.
• Customer service experience is required.

Nice to haves:

• A food handlers' certification.
