Behavior Technician

What You'll Do

You'll work one to one or with small groups of consumers in their homes or out in the community. This isn't a desk job. You'll follow treatment plans designed by the BCBA and Senior BCBA on your team, helping people build real skills and make progress every day.

Schedule

This is a part time role. You'll work between 10 and 25 hours per week, depending on the clients you're assigned. The exact schedule varies based on their needs.

What You'll Earn

Starting pay is $21.50 per hour.

What You Need

• You're at least 18 years old
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: You hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• If you don't have that credential yet, training is provided. You'll need to complete at least 40 hours of training based on the RBT Task List from the BACB, then pass the RBT Competency Assessment, and finally pass the RBT exam at a Pearson Professional Center. That assessment gets repeated annually.
