Let's talk about the work

You're driving a flatbed. The lanes are in the Southeast, Midwest, Northeast, and Texas. You'll be out on the road during the week, but you're home every single weekend.

The pay structure is straightforward. You get 70% to 77% of the linehaul, plus 100% of the fuel surcharge. That can average out to $3,500 a week take home pay. We settle up and send your money via direct deposit every week.

We have two paths: Lease Purchase or Owner Operator

If you're building toward owning your rig, our lease purchase program is built for that. You drive late model equipment from 2018 2021. Your weekly truck payment runs between $500 and $600. There's a $1,000 balloon payment on the final one. The goal is ownership in 2 to 4 years, depending on your truck's year and model.

When you pull our trailer, we cover 100% of its maintenance. We also help with plates and set up maintenance and escrow accounts for you.

Already own your truck? We partner with Owner Operators too. Your truck needs to be a 2015 model or newer.

What we need from you

• A valid Class A CDL.
• At least one year of over the road experience.
• A solid six months of flatbed experience.

The extras we provide

• A $5,000 sign on bonus to start strong.
• Orientation is all expenses paid.
• $3,000 bonus if you refer another driver who joins us.
• Discounts on maintenance, tires, and fuel.
• General liability and cargo insurance are provided at no cost to you.
• Options for damage insurance and occupational or accidental insurance are available; bob tail insurance is an option too.
• A rider policy if you want company on the road.
• And there's no forced dispatch here; it's not how we operate.
