What You'd Be Doing

You'll be a core part of our clinical team, providing behavioral healthcare. The focus is on delivering excellent care to your patients. We've built the support system so you can focus on that.

• You have flexibility in how you see patients: telemedicine or in person at our modern offices.
• Full administrative support handles the backend stuff.
• We use the latest digital technology in our practice.
• The goal is a sustainable caseload that supports strong work/life balance and professional growth.

What You Need to Bring

A few non negotiables for this position. Check these off first.

• You must be fully licensed to practice as a Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• Direct experience working with adult populations, child and adolescent populations, or both.

The Practical Stuff & What We Provide

The schedule is flexible. You can choose a full time path if that's what you're after. Here’s how we back up our talk about support and balance.

• The compensation range is $90,000 to $114,500 per year. It's designed to be above market rate.
• There's also an uncapped earnings potential beyond that base range.
• A yearly production bonus is on the table; up to $8,000.
• A sign on bonus is part of the offer as well.
