The Numbers
- Pay range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year
- Monthly bonus: up to 20% of your salary. That's not a typo.

What You'll Actually Do Day to Day
- Manage IT budgets and cost centers so every dollar is doing its job
- Run the whole RFI and RFP process from vendor selection through contract negotiation through ongoing vendor management
- Use ERP systems daily to analyze financial data and help leadership make smarter decisions
- Keep an eye on IT spending and make sure it lines up with budgets and company goals
- Build the annual IT budget from scratch including forecasts and variance analysis
- Catch financial discrepancies wherever they hide, fix them, and report everything accurately to management on time
- Work with teams across the company to find places where we can save money or do things better
- Stay current on technology trends so you can spot what's working in the industry and bring those ideas back here
What You Need to Bring
- A minimum of 7 years experience doing similar work (manufacturing background is a strong plus)
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or something closely related
- Solid experience with ERP systems and managing IT costs specifically (not just general finance)
- A real understanding of IT infrastructure ; enough that you can hold your own negotiating with vendors without getting snowed by technical jargon they throw at you.
