Marketing Manager

Hey there. I'm putting this listing together for an Assistant Community Manager role with Morgan Properties in Pittsburgh, PA. It's a job that's all about people and places. You're the person who makes sure residents feel at home and the community looks its best, day in and day out.

The Work

You'll be the go to person for folks living there. That means answering questions, handling concerns with a genuine touch, and giving tours to potential new neighbors. You'll help people move in and out smoothly, making those transitions as easy as possible.

A big part of your day is being out on the property. You'll inspect apartments before someone moves in, walk the grounds to spot any maintenance or cosmetic issues, and help put on events that bring people together. And you'll keep an eye on things to make sure safety and community rules are followed.

There's an administrative side, too. Keeping resident files accurate, helping with reports, and tackling the daily tasks that keep everything running.

What You Need

• At least two years of experience in customer service or something similar.
• You need to communicate well; it's a people first job.
• Staying organized and solving problems when things get busy is key.
• A valid driver's license is required. You should be willing to drive between different community sites if needed.

The Schedule & Pay

This is a full time position. The pay range is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
