What this role is about
Year Up United runs a one year or less, intensive job training program for young adults. This isn't just another classroom experience. You get in person skill development, access to internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship through four specific career pathways. Participants also receive an educational stipend.
If you're someone who genuinely likes building relationships or has an entrepreneurial mindset, the Customer Experience pathway might be your match. It blends technical and professional training in Banking or Customer Success with real internship access and job placement support through YUPRO Placement.
Where you'll intern
Your internship will be at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh, PA.
Am I eligible?
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday through Friday for the full program duration
- Highly motivated to learn both technical and professional skills
- You have not obtained a Bachelor's degree yet

The internship pays
During the internship phase of the program, Year Up United students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
