What you'll do
As a banquet server, you're central to how events run. You'll serve food and beverages to guests, greet them as they arrive, take their orders, and make sure they get the right drinks and dishes. You'll also refill beverages as needed.

- Circulate the room with trays
You'll be on your feet the entire shift. Frequently lift or carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. You need to reach with your hands and arms in any direction, and kneel and stoop repeatedly. Good vision and hearing are important because events are dynamic and things move fast.
Pay
$25 per hour. Each shift pays differently, but you'll always see how much you can earn before you apply for a specific shift.
