Locum Physician

What You Will Do

This is a full time regional locum role serving hospitals across Southern California. Based on our current locations, you will primarily work in and around Los Angeles county. You will move between hospitals from Ventura down to Temecula, adapting to each one's culture and needs on any given day. Expect a dynamic caseload ; most locations are small animal general practices, some see exotic medicine patients, and we have one mixed animal hospital (everything but horses). You will connect with diverse teams every time you walk into a new building, and you will find fulfillment in that variety.

Our hospitals are multi doctor practices with excellent mentorship and collaboration from experienced doctors. You will work alongside skilled, utilized support staff, including multiple Registered Veterinary Technicians.

Who We Are Looking For

• A licensed DVM (or the ability to become licensed) in California
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Hands on experience working with small animals
• Companion or mixed animal experience is a huge plus, but not required
• Someone who easily connects with diverse teams and adapts to each hospital's specific culture and needs
