Alright, let's get straight to it. This isn't your typical hospital grind. We're looking for a Family Medicine Doctor for an employee health center in Phoenix, AZ. The setup is unique, and the schedule is wide open.

The Role & Schedule

This is a 24 hour call position, but you're taking that call from a hotel room, not the hospital. You're never scheduled to be physically in the facility; it's purely call coverage. The facility is described as slower, so you shouldn't expect to be called in constantly. You'll have time for other things.

The schedule is open through 2024 and beyond. To give you an idea of what that looks like, here are some example blocks from last year:

• Sep 15 22, 29 30
• Oct 1 6, 13 14, 19 21, 27 31
• Nov 1 3, 16 19, 24 30
• Dec 1 8, 14 15, 22 31

You're paid a daily fee plus an hourly rate for any call back time.

What You Need

You need to be a licensed Family Medicine Doctor. That's the core requirement. Experience in a similar setting or with employee health is a plus, but we're really focused on finding the right fit for this specific type of assignment.

The Deal & How We Support You

The pay range is $200 to $400 per hour. Remember, that's for call back hours on top of the daily fee.
