It's for a company that's growing fast down in Phoenix, AZ. They need someone who knows Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central inside and out, not just to code, but to lead. You'd be the person steering the ship for their ERP systems.

What you'd be doing

• You're leading the development and implementation of their Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central platforms.
• A big part of the job is designing integrations; making sure the ERP talks smoothly to all their other business apps.
• Overseeing the overall solution architecture, making sure everything fits together and supports the company's goals.
• Implementing these systems with best practices in mind, and ensuring they meet SOX ITGC compliance standards.
• Leading and mentoring a team of developers. It's about building up the people around you.
• You'll constantly be evaluating how things are working, finding what could be better, and making it happen.
• The role involves a lot of collaboration. You're talking with stakeholders across the business to understand what they need and then delivering on it.
• And you've got to stay sharp, keeping up with new trends in ERP tech so you can bring fresh ideas to the table.

The background we need

• A solid five years in ERP development is non negotiable. And that experience has to be specifically with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
• We need proven hands on experience with integrations, solution architecture, full implementations, and SOX ITGC compliance work.
• You've led teams before. You know how to manage projects and people to get high quality results delivered.
• Strong problem solving skills are key. You think strategically about challenges.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or something closely related is required.

A few things that would really stand out

• If you have any certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, definitely mention them. They're highly desirable here.
• A background in the Tech Services industry would give you a nice head start on understanding their world.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $165,000 per year.
