About This Role
Alright, let's talk about this handyman job at Copper Cove in Phoenix, AZ. It's a 228 unit apartment community. The work is straightforward but important: you're the one who keeps the place looking good and running smoothly for the people who live there. If you like fixing things, solving problems, and seeing the direct result of your work, this could be a good fit.

- Handle repair requests from residents and for common areas.
- Get vacant apartments ready for new residents to move into.
- Do regular preventative maintenance so small issues don't become big ones.
- Troubleshoot and fix appliances when they break down.

- A big part of the job is just creating and maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and others.

- One to two years of previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- You should have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, and be comfortable with painting.
- Experience with HVAC systems and an EPA certification are nice to have.
