What you'd be doing

You'll use your nursing knowledge in a different way. The core of the role is assessing patient needs over the phone, using established protocols to figure out the best next steps for them.

  • Collaboration is key. You'll help plan care with the team and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • The work involves connecting mobile healthcare services and innovations to improve how care is delivered.
  • You'll also help represent GMR's programs in the community, focusing on reaching underserved populations.

What you need to bring

A few things are non negotiable for this position. You must have them to be considered.

  • A valid RN license from a compact state. It needs to be current.
  • At least three years of experience as an RN. They're looking for background in Emergency or Acute Care settings, or something similarly fast paced.
  • Your graduation has to be from an accredited nursing program.
  • You also need a current CPR certification.
