The Job
Supplemental Health Care is hiring an Echocardiography Technician for a contract assignment at a partner hospital in Phoenix, AZ. We've been placing healthcare pros for more than 40 years, and we back our Echo Techs with reliable support, good pay, and solid benefits.
What You'll Do
You'll perform cardiac ultrasound procedures, capture diagnostic images, and help physicians assess heart function. This is a hands on role where you'll work directly with patients and clinical staff.
- Operate echocardiography equipment to produce high quality images
- Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures clearly
- Work a 40 hour per week schedule with some weekend rotation possible
- Maintain accurate patient records and equipment logs
Qualifications
Here's what you need to bring:
- ARDMS or CCI certification ; you must have one of these
- At least 1 to 3 years of prior experience as an Echo Tech
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Echocardiography Technician training or equivalent
Contract Details & Pay
This is a 13 week contract with the option to extend if you and the facility want to keep going. The pay range is $2,620 to $2,793 per week, and you'll be paid weekly.
- 40 hours per week scheduled
- Weekend rotation may be asked
- Weekly pay, direct deposit available
