What you'll do

You're the face of Re Bath in our partner stores. This isn't a passive role where you just stand by a display. You'll talk to customers, answer their questions about bathroom remodeling, and set up appointments for them to get a free estimate at their home.

A big part of the job is making sure the store's own team knows our products inside and out. You'll train them so they can confidently talk about Re Bath when you're not there.

• Start conversations with shoppers at Lowe's and Home Depot to find potential customers.
• Set clear expectations so appointments are kept and don't fall through.
• Train store associates on our products so they can generate leads themselves.
• Keep the relationship with store staff and management positive and professional.
• Make sure our displays, brochures, and marketing materials look good and are fully stocked.
• Go to required meetings, training sessions, and sometimes events in or outside the store.

The schedule & pay

This is a full time position. Your schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday. You need to be available to work any day of the week; Saturdays are a must.

The pay starts at $18.00 per hour. On top of that, there are bonus opportunities based on your performance.

What you need to bring

We've been around for more than 40 years, so we know what makes someone successful in this role. It's about being genuine and proactive.

• You're comfortable walking up to people and starting a conversation, whether it's a customer or a store manager.
• You can explain product details clearly and train others effectively.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; some days you might drive up to 40 miles between locations.
• You can lift about 30 pounds when setting up displays or moving materials.
• The company will run a background check covering all 50 states and a drug screen; passing both is a condition of employment.
• You need to be at least 18 years old.
