Electrical Foreman ; Traveling, Data Center & Industrial Projects

What you'll actually do
- Lead and supervise a crew of electricians handling installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems at various job sites.
- Make sure every piece of work meets safety standards ; specifically OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and 70E.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on the fly and put effective solutions in place fast.
- Handle terminations, relay operations, and PLCs directly.
- Work with medium to high voltage equipment and motor controls without hesitation.
- Set the tone on site by creating a culture of kindness and respect. That's not fluff here ; they mean it.
- Coach your team members regularly. Give feedback that's honest but constructive.
- Be ready for up to 20 hours of paid overtime each week when deadlines demand it.
What you need to bring
- At least 5 years in the electrical field total, with no less than 2 years as an Electrical Foreman specifically on data center or other large scale industrial jobs. This is non negotiable.
- b>. Real hands on experience with PLCs, relays, terminations, troubleshooting problems at all levels (medium voltage through high voltage), and motor controls.

Schedules & Compensation breakdown
The pay range runs from $42 to $55 per hour depending on experience. Overtime is paid at time and a-half for anything beyond your standard hours; expect up to 20 extra hours in busier weeks.
