It doesn't matter if you're a master or just getting your feet wet; if you want to work on cars and get better at it, we've got a spot for you. The place is busy; we're talking about 2,500 repair orders a month; so there's plenty of work to go around.

What you'd be doing

You'll handle the full job: running diagnostics, doing repairs, and taking care of routine maintenance. The goal is always to fix it right the first time. That means requesting the parts you need, doing your pre- and post repair tests, and keeping your work clean and safe. What exactly you work on will depend on what you know and what certifications you have.

What we need from you

• You've got to have some prior experience as a service technician.
• A dealership background is a nice plus, but it isn't a dealbreaker.
• A valid driver's license with a clean record is required.
• Bring a solid work ethic and a real desire to learn more.

The details on pay & schedule

This is a flat rate position. Your hourly rate goes up to $45, and it's based directly on your experience and your certification level. We pay more for top skills. There's also a sign on bonus that can go up to $5,000 for Master Techs.

The schedule is a 5 day work week that includes rotating Saturdays. You'll get training pay, and there are monthly productivity bonuses based on your flagged hours and car count.
