What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work inside a national home improvement retail store in Pasadena, TX, talking with shoppers about their home comfort. Your job is to start conversations about heating and air conditioning services ; tune ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. You’ll promote free in home consultations and set appointments for our HVAC service technicians or comfort advisors. It’s a mix of standing, walking, chatting with people all day, and representing the ARS brand with genuine enthusiasm. Plus you get to educate homeowners on how better HVAC equipment can save energy and make their homes more comfortable.

Schedule & Pay

You work Wednesday through Sunday, 10am to 5pm. There are both part time and full time slots available ; you pick what fits your life. The pay starts at $20 per hour plus commission on top of that. With commission included, most people average between $20 and $30 an hour.

The Nitty Gritty Requirements

• A willingness to talk to strangers ; you’re outgoing and comfortable approaching shoppers in a store setting.
• The ability to stand and walk for your whole shift without issue.
• A clean, professional appearance that represents the ARS brand well.
• A reliable way to get yourself to work each day in Pasadena, TX.
Availability on weekends and some holidays (stores are open those days). You must be at least 18 years old. You also need to pass a background check.Attendance at weekly in office meetings is expected.
