Physical Therapist, Outpatient Rehab

I'm putting this out there for a full time Physical Therapist to join the outpatient rehab team in Pasadena, CA. You'd be working day shifts, 8 hours at a time.

The pay range for this position is $50.94 to $77.69 per hour. That's the base rate; there could be differentials, extra shift incentives, or bonuses on top of that. A full benefits program comes with it for qualifying positions.

What you'd do here

You'll evaluate patients, plan their treatments, and administer care for disabilities, injuries, and diseases. Everything follows a physician's order.

• You're coordinating care to meet the specific physical therapy needs of patients and their families.
• A big part of the job is managing patient care from start to finish. That means identifying needs, monitoring how care is delivered, advocating for your patients, and evaluating outcomes.
• You'll help guide patient care across different parts of the health system.
• Assisting other team members in meeting patient needs is part of the daily work.
• This role also acts as a preceptor for related staff and students.

The schedule requires some flexibility with hours.

What you need to bring

A few things are non negotiable for this role.

• You must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• A current Physical Therapy License from the California Board is required.
• You also need a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification issued by the American Heart Association.

As for experience, they're looking for someone determined by the patient care area. Having about one year of related practice experience would give you a strong edge; it's preferred but not an absolute must if everything else fits.
