Let's talk about the job

You'll be running regional routes as a solo driver. It's straightforward work, but you need to know your way around an OTR rig.

The schedule is full time. You're home weekly, and we do settlements every week so your pay is regular.

What you need to bring

• A valid Class A CDL. That's non negotiable.
• You must be at least 23 years old. If you have prior military experience, we can take you at 21.
• A solid driving record. You have to meet all the FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Real world experience. We need a minimum of 6 months of verifiable over the road tractor trailer experience from the last year. If it's been a little longer, 12 months within the last two years works too.
• No SAP program history on your record.

The money and the ride

We've got two paths: driving a company truck or going with a lease purchase. The numbers depend on where you're based out of (Oxnard, CA).

If you drive our truck:

• You can earn up to $78,000 a year.
• Right now, there's a $1,650 sign on bonus for new hires.
• The rate goes up to $1.45 per mile plus fuel surcharge.

Thinking about a lease purchase?

• The average take home pay here can reach $93,600 per year.
• The setup is different; it's a 1099 independent contractor position, so there aren't any taxable benefits from us.
• But we make it accessible: no credit check and no money down to get started.
• You get to choose from multiple lease term options on late model equipment.

The sign on bonus is for a limited time. Pay ranges are "up to" figures; your actual earnings will depend on your location (Oxnard, CA) and run details. The lease purchase program operates under its own financial structure as an independent contractor opportunity.
